We ship orders within 2 working days.

Delivery time:

• Within Kerala: 4–5 days
• Other states: 6–8 days (sometimes a little longer, depending on location)
  We partner with Delhivery, Ekart, India Post, and more to get your orders to you safely.

Shipping charges:

• Free for Kerala
• ₹50 for other states

Returns & Exchanges
We stand by our quality and make sure all product details are clear, so returns are rare. But if something goes wrong:

Only damaged or wrong items can be returned.
Customized products (your own designs) cannot be returned.

Found an issue? Contact our customer care within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll have our courier partner pick up the item from your doorstep, and your refund will go straight back to the payment method you used.

We don’t offer cancellations, so once you place your order, we get started on making it perfect for you!
