2. Returns & Exchanges
We’re proud of our quality, so returns are pretty rare. But if something isn’t right:

Only damaged or wrong items can be returned.
Customized products (your own designs) cannot be returned.
Spot a problem? Reach out to our customer care within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll pick it up from your doorstep, and your refund goes straight back to your payment method.
3. Cancellations
Once you place an order, it’s all yours — we don’t allow cancellations.

4. Payments
We accept payments only through the payment gateway on our site.

No Cash on Delivery (COD) — everything’s simple, fast, and secure.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 2 working days.

Delivery time:

• Kerala: 4–5 days
• Other states: 6–8 days (sometimes a little longer)

Our partners: Delhivery, Ekart, India Post, and more.

Shipping charges:

• Kerala: Free
• Other states: ₹50

If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 days, give us a shout — we’ll refund you.

6. Your Account & Privacy
To shop with us, you need an account — no guest checkout.

We only use your info to process your orders. That’s it — your personal data stays safe and private.

Everything on our site — logos, product pics, designs — is owned by Tryton.
